Health coaching: 1 on 1

Hi friend! 

Are you wondering if health coaching is right for you? Well, let's talk about that. How are you feeling? I mean really feeling? Maybe....

  • Overwhelmed - in so many ways. What's the best "diet" to be on? What formula does my baby need? What bottles should I use? Is my baby at the right daycare? The list goes on and on.

  • A bit lost - what are my dreams again? What's my name other than "insert baby's name" mom. 

  • Exhausted. 

  • Time is going too fast.

  • Mom guilt. Enough said.

  • Maybe even a little lonely. Motherhood can feel isolating, especially at the beginning. 

But, friend, I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be that way. Motherhood is such a gift and such a special time in your life!

Three and Six month programs:
I offer a three and six month one-on-one health coaching program that is designed to help take you from surviving your day-to-day to thriving in it. 


During our time together, I will help you set goals and implement the changes YOU want to see in your life. This could be on the plate and off the plate.
 

Program includes:

  • welcome gift

  • 6 or 12 : 50 minute sessions (in-person or virtual)

  • follow-up email with session notes and resources

  • one free customized meal plan

  • text/email support (Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST),
