  • 1 small diced apple or ½ large apple diced

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or other nut butter)

  • 1 Mason Jar

Directions:

  • Using a mason jar (or your favorite airtight container) add all of the ingredients. Cover and shake well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or overnight.

  • When ready to eat, you can eat it cold or warm it up in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds.

  • Top with your favorite toppings.

Pro tips:

  • If you’re looking to add more protein, add your favorite protein powder when you mix in the other ingredients.

  • To add more fiber, add in 1 tablespoons of chia seeds.

  • Great toppings include: a dash of cinnamon, brown sugar, or for a crunch sliced almonds.

  • Make multiples for the week ahead! Overnight oats can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days in the refrigerator.
