Light Pumpkin Pie Dip

I know there is so much hype this time of year around pumpkin, but there's good reason for it! It's delicious, high in fiber, low in carbs, and low in calories! What can could be better. I love this one bowl easy to make pumpkin pie dip. It's great to bring for a potluck and it's sure to help you squash and sweet tooth cravings!



Ingredients:

  • 15 oz can pumpkin puree

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, or more to taste

  • 6 oz 0% Greek yogurt

  • 8 oz whip cream (TruWhip, Cool Whip, homemade)

  • cut up apples, for dipping

Directions:

  • Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Before serving, use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the bowl and ensure that everything is mixed in.



Pro Tip:

  • Serve with apples, graham crackers, or ginger snaps.
