Join us for a night of wellness - a three-part series to help us all destress and prepare for the busy holiday season ahead of us!
6 p.m. - Join Holistic Health Coach Jenna Allerson for a 30 minute meal prep workshop! Jenna will teach you how to prep for YOUR week with ease and confidence. You'll leave that night with resources and tips and tricks that you can implement immediately! Jenna will be providing a workbook as well as a digital e-book of meal plans that you can use at home.
6:30 p.m. - De-stress Aromatherapy Session with Erica Dolan, Certified Essential Emotions Coach and Master-level Acupuncturist. You will get to experience essential oils, breathe them in & learn how to use a few key oils for stress release and staying healthy throughout the holidays! Plus, I have a Breakthrough Essential Emotions worksheet that you receive to help you release stress & overwhelm. You will experience a brief visualization and incorporate positive decelerations to help your mindset!
7 p.m. - BODiYoga Flow (30 minutes) - Bring a mat and water bottle :)
