The Simply Centered program is designed to support the whole you: mind, body, and spirit. For the next four weeks find your center with inspiring resources and services to nourish you on the plate and off the plate.

Why Simply Centered?

The last couple of months have been crazy, scary, and stressful. For many of us our lives have been turned upside down, but that still doesn't relieve the many daily pressures that a lot of us are trying to navigate. I am no different. I've been wearing multiple hats as a mama of two young boys (5 and 2), working from home, being a wife, and trying to "teach" my preschooler. I get it, it's a lot.

It's hard to create the meal plans, get the workouts in, stay connected with friends, and even find additional support in areas that we may need. I want to help you with all of that and that's why I created this brand new four week program called: Simply Centered: a program to calm your mind, body, and spirit. This program was created to support YOU. It provides:


  • Healthy weekly meal plans

  • Workouts at your fingertips

  • A community you can depend on

  • Expert advice for some common problems we're all experiencing.

What to expect

Nutrition & Fitness

  • Every week you will receive a meal plan that is fully ready to implement with planner, grocery list, and nutritional information.

  • A cooking demonstration and group nutritional coaching session from Jenna.

  • New workouts shared each week. Workouts will vary focusing on cardio or the mind and body connection. 


  • Daily check-ins on the private Facebook page.

  • Accountability partner check-ins (optional). If you choose to have an accountability partner, you can request someone specific, or you will be assigned to someone with a similar communication style.

Guest Speakers

  • Weekly guest speakers will present for 30 to 45 minutes within our private Facebook group. 

    • Topics include:​

      • Sleep​

      • Routine

      • Fitness/nutrition

      • Mental health

  • All speakers will be recorded in case you can not watch live. 

  • Program participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers prior to the presentation.
