COACHING

I'm excited to offer one-on-one coaching for a limited amount of clients. 

One-on-one coaching is customized to you and your needs! I take a holistic health approach, where we assess each area of our health and determine together where it makes sense to spend our time together to improve YOUR overall well-being. 

Our sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes. Afterwards you'll receive a recap via email to help move your towards your goals.

Three and six month packages are available. 

GROUP COACHING

I run group fitness and nutrition challenges on a monthly basis.

I use the platform BODi to host these challenges. BODi is an app and an online streaming service that allows you to stream results-proven programs and hundreds of BODi workouts LIVE and On Demand. You'll also have access to thousands of healthy recipes and mindfulness content to help you get your mind ready for results.
