Simply Centered: the recipe for a healthy lifestyle

Have you been wondering what this Simply Centered program is all about? I wanted to share a little bit with you.





Simply Centered is NOT a diet program - it's a healthy lifestyle program. Simply Centered foundation is what I call the "core three." Everyday we focus on:

  • Nutrition - our goal is to eat as many whole foods as possible. I support you by providing a clean-eating meal plan, complete with nutrition, grocery lists and a planner.

  • Movement - Our goal is to move our body every.single.day. This doesn't mean that it needs to be a 45 minute HIIT workout, it could be three, 10 minute walks with the dog, running around the yard with the kiddos whatever YOU can make work - but it's about being intentional.

    • We also help by providing a weekly workout and fun ideas to get movement in.

  • Hydration: Every day we're focusing on drinking half of our body weight in ounces. For example (simple math): you weight 100 pounds, you drink 50 ounces. Staying hydrated has many benefits for your overall health.

In addition to the "core three," every session of Simply Centered focuses on another area of our life that helps bring balance and peace. I choose these topics from the Circle of Life


Spending time exploring different areas in our life helps us feel more balanced and centered, which ultimately leads to better choices for our physical health such as what we put on our plates and how often we move our body. Each session a guest experts shares their perspective and topic resources.


Our June session will focus all on our financial health and well-being. Are you registered?


Community

One other element that makes Simply Centered unique is the community that is built among participants. We belong to a private Facebook group where we share our successes and ask questions to one another. If you're not a Facebook person, no worries! In addition, there's also an option to be connected with an accountability partner. This is completely optional, but can help you stay on course and create a wonderful connection with a like-minded person.
